Find out Which Two Popular Skin Treatments can help you treat your Skin

For us women there is nothing better than a facial treatment. It helps promote skin renewal and helps us relax. Microdermabrasion and cleansing are two different types of treatment that can be used as one.

Even though facial treatments do involve an exfoliation step, these two procedures are still different. Also, microdermabrasion uses mechanical exfoliants that are not the same as a facial. Read ahead to compare these two facial treatments.

Facial Cleansing

Facials clean, exfoliate, and nourish the skin to promote healthy skin. These types of treatment help extract impurities from the hair follicles giving it the name of deep cleansing facials or deep pore cleansing treatments.

A facial is performed in 7 different steps. First, the esthetician will clean the skin using a cotton pad and a cleansing product. This step may be preceded or followed by an analysis of the skin to determine what products are best for it.

Once the skin is cleaned, the professional will exfoliate it with a mechanical or chemical exfoliant. If you'd like to treat your skin with a natural skin treatment, then you may request a natural exfoliant such as salt, sugar, or crushed grape seeds. Next, the esthetician may extract blackheads or whitehead if needed.

Once the extraction process has ended, the esthetician will give you a facial massage to help stimulate the skin and facial muscles. The facial will be completed once a mask, toners, and protective creams have been applied. If you want to see results, this type of treatment should be performed at least 4 times a year.

Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is a facial treatment that uses mechanical abrasion to remove the outer layers of the skin. The main idea is to help provide a deep exfoliation for skin renewal. Make sure that a licensed professional performs this treatment.

This procedure can be performed by a dermatologist in his/her office, but is usually performed in a day spa or salon.

A great benefit in the application of microdermabrasion treatments is that they can be done anywhere on the body, not just the face. It is fairly painless and takes about 20 or 30 minutes. This procedure is usually performed to deal with specific skin issues such as age spots, wrinkles, or scars.

The basis of a microdermabrasion cream are abrading micro-crystals. However, the cream itself will be likely to contain other ingredients such as natural extracts. These ingredients are to help soothe the skin during the process.

After having undergone any microdermabrasion treatment, you should use sunscreen to protect the newly exposed skin. This treatment is not recommended for people who have sensitive skin as it might cause rashes and irritation. You should also proceed with caution if you have mature skin.

Skin exfoliation is a safe and effective way of keeping your skin looking younger while getting rid of dead skin cells, debris, and excess sebum. BIOSKINEXFOL is not like all natural skin care products, because this special product actually helps reveal healthier looking skin without causing side-effects. What's the secret behind natural skin products like this? The answer is the mix of natural ingredients that creates a product capable of repairing damaged skin cells and gently soothing irritated skin.
