In massaging your face, it is best to use oil, creams or lotions for the face. The massage should start at your forehead to your temples in a rotating motion with the use of your palms. The routine should be done on both the upper and lower part of your forehead twice.
Next, using your three middle fingers from both hands, you should massage from your temples up to the scalp in a circular motion three times. Then with your index and middle fingers, you should massage your nose bridge downwards three times, as well. Lastly, sweep your forehead to the opposite direction using your right and left hand alternately for three times too. Doing all these exercises daily will definitely give you a renewed and young looking skin that most people want to have.
