3. Crush the fat cells in your body with interval cardiovascular training. Mix it up and keep the heart elevated for short periods of time and allow you to slow down. Skinny people run long distance, people with ripped bodies look for multiple ways to get in shape

4. Make sure you eat complex carbs. You should avoid simple sugar carbs at all costs. You need to eat complex carbs in the morning for energy and top replenish carbs lost during workouts. Never eliminate carbs from your diet.Post
