Body Fat Reduction, Why Low-Fat Diets Will Make You Fatter

by Ricardo d Argence

In order to achieve a lean, attractive and fat free appearance, it is necessary to eliminate most of the fat from your diet. Following a diet that cuts out all fat will not help you burn fat. Let me give you 5 good reasons why

1) Diets that are lower in fat tend to have increased amounts of sugar. Fats contain 9 calories per gram, and when you place severe limitations on your fat intake, you'll naturally have to make up for those lost calories through an increased consumption of protein and carbohydrates.

For most individuals, this means piling up their intake of fruits, breads, pastas and other such items that, while low in fat, are very high in sugar. Excess glucose, that is unable to be used to fuel daily tasks, becomes stored as fat in our bodies.

2) Low-fat diets increase cravings and hunger pangs. Not only does the dietary fat accumulation offer an extra "filling" result from the food that you consume, but since your carbohydrate ingestion is now logically increased, your blood sugar levels will be higher and insulin production will be faster. The continual up and down of your blood sugar adversely affects energy, increases hunger, and causes your body to store fat at a faster rate.

3) Low-fat diets decrease testosterone levels. People generally realize the role testosterone plays in forming lean muscle mass, yet testosterone also possesses fat burning capabilities. A measureable negative impact on testosterone production is also produced by diets that focus on significant reductions in fat consumption.

4) Low-fat diets increase the rate of body fat storage. The body has different ways to cope with stressful situations. If you drastically lower the amount of fat you eat, your body will think that your survival is at risk, since fat is the main source of energy for body functioning. As a result, the body will make the necessary adjustments which include a slow-down in the fat burning metabolism (to preserve its current fat stores) and a rise in hormones that promote fat storage.

5) Low-fat diets are unhealthy. Your body quite simply requires fat in the diet to function in a regular and healthy way. You have to let go of concerns about storing body fat, for if your body is deprived of the fat that is needed to keep your body well, you will run into problems.

The enemy is not the fat, but is the wrong types of fat and excessive amounts of it. Remember though that eating too much of any type of food will result in extra body fat.

A healthy goal is for everyone to limit saturated fats from aminal sources and increase unsaturated fats from plant sources. This favorable form of fat provides a whole host of powerful fat burning, muscle building and overall health benefits and should make up the vast majority of your daily fat intake.

How Enzymes Work

Enzymes are proteins that consist of sequences of amino acids gathered together by peptide bonds. An enzyme molecule can have one or more peptide bond or polypeptide chains. The sequence of amino acids inside the polypeptide chains is specific for each enzyme and is thought to establish the unique three-dimensional structure in which the chains are composed. The Proven Acne Treatments That Work

by Mike Walden

Conventional treatments of acne can never cure acne. Whatever your doctor may say your acne can actually be cured only by 100% natural and holistic treatment. I have tried it myself and cured my acne and showed the way to thousands of fellow acne sufferers to own acne free skin the holistic way.

I am Mike Walden and I used to suffer from severe acnes at one point of time. At the age of 22 I decided I had to just fine a cure of acne that not only cures it but also prevents acnes permanently. I read every book I could find on skin care, detoxifying the body, nutrition and hormonal balance.

I stayed at the library for hours reading books on medicine, talked with numerous fellow acne sufferers, interviewed numerous homeopaths, herbalists, dermatologists and naturopaths.

I Gave a Chance to Every Acne Treatment I could lay My Hands On!

I wanted to gain experience on my own, just reading books and theories was not enough for me. I underwent hydrotherapy, macrobiotics, blood type diet, no-mucus diet, Wai diet, vegetarianism, Accutane, Antibiotics, Proactive, Oratin, Zenmed, Benezoyl, reflexology I went to healers too

My Acne Still Stayed On!

A few of these acne cures gave only a temporary respite and most of these didn't work at all. It took me seven long years to at last find the permanent cure to my acnes that cured them completely.

Can You Cure Acne Naturally!

We live a very "unnatural" life! Research has proved we have around 300 synthetic industrial chemicals present in our body now which were not there 50 years ago. These do not exist in traditional societies like the hunzasand they never had acne. Our bodies are filled with toxins that we take in from medicines and food. We are simply out of balance. And the truth is effective natural cures do exist that can cure the problem.

Your condition is basically only a symptom of something very serious that is happening inside you. The conventional methods only treat the symptoms and that for a very short time.

The holistic treatment has been around in our world for thousands of years and it not helps cure acne but it also actually works in the case of almost every chronic condition.

In order to cure your acne you have to fix your internal condition. And you can do so by adopting a healthy life style (adopting a healthy diet and mind set, cleansing and detoxifying your body, achieving the right hormonal balance etc), it will holistically put your back in balance. And not only will you acnes be cured permanently but you'll feel healthy as wee as attractive like never before!

Get Rid of Your Acnes Permanently the Holistic Way!

Permanently cure your acnes - Yes you can cure your acnes permanently. Research has proven that around 95% of people who have used conventional treatments to cure their acnes have only been able to do so, on a temporary basis. But you can now learn how you can be one of the fortunate 5% who learnt how to permanently get rid of acnes.

Holistically cure your acnes - It is not possible to cure your acnes by just taking care of one of the many factors that cause acnes. If you have already tried antibiotics or even detox diets and failed you should understand that it was so because they were one-dimensional in their approach. Now you can know how to approach the problem in its totality and learn not only how to prevent acnes but also to cure them permanently - the holistic way.

You can cure your acnes without using the conventional drugs or acne treatments. The conventional treatments though do work sometimes but the effects are temporary and the side effects are dangerous. There's a very small group of people who have realized how to keep their skin clear from within and without using any drugs. Only they have been able to own a blemish free acne free clear skin. You too can now learn these secrets from a nutritionist who himself was an acne sufferer and who has learnt it all from his own experience.
