The human spine is composed of a series of small bones called ‘vertebrae’, combined with muscles and ligaments. The spine has a natural curvature form front to back but it shouldn’t curve sideways too much. The side ways bend is known as scoliosis and may possibly take on a ‘S’ (double curve) shape or a long ‘C’ (single curve). Continue reading
